General Questions
Are all products authentic?

Every product for sale at Piff is 100% guaranteed authentic, and backed by our unconditional guarantee. We specialize in rare and hard-to-find goods, and pride ourselves on our ability to determine the authenticity of a product.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes. Our storefront is located at 1521 Como Ave SE Minneapolis, MN, 55414. We receive  new product daily, so be sure to stop by the store and browse the racks often.

Are all items online available in-store?

No. Our online & in-store inventories vary. Although majority of the items available at our Minneapolis location are also available online. To see filter these items, select the “Ships within 24 hours” tab.

Order and Payment
What forms of payment do you accept online?

We only accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, & Apple Pay for payment.

If you do not have an account don’t worry! You can still check out with all major credit cards via PayPal's easy payment gateway. Feel free to contact us with any questions

How do I tell which items are used? Can I filter by condition?

Yes. You can filter by condition via the filter menu on our shop tab or directly on the product listing. For a full breakdown on how we classify condition, please visit our condition standards.

Do you accept trades?

Yes! We accept trades, but we are particular about the items we accept. For a list of items we are likely interested in please visit our Sell tab. We evaluate trade-in based on the condition/desirability of the items. Bring your items to our trade-in booth, in-store where we can advise if consignment, trade, or cash is in your best interest based on how much compensation you need for an item or item lot.

Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take for my order to ship?

We aim to ship in-stock orders within 24 hours of payment. Some items offered online, we have offsite, or are facilitating the transactions for a third party seller. These items are estimated to fulfill within 7-10 days. Tracking will be sent when your items are shipped.

If you would only like to shop items that ship within 24 hours, use our filter tab to sort by “shipping time”.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally ! For a full list of countries we service visit Available Countries.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We offer complimentary shipping to the continental US via USPS. UPS and Fedex options are also available.

How much does shipping cost?

We now offer complimentary shipping via USPS to the continental US!

Expedited and international services are also available via USPS, UPS and FEDEX calculated based on your location.

Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All purchases at Piff are final. Refunds, exchanges, and swapbacks are not allowed.

Should you have issues with your order, such as receiving an incorrect size, or a concern regarding authenticity, please contact us at contact@Piff.online.

If there is a issue with an item you received, you must contact us in writing within 3 days after receiving the item. Please include a detailed description of the problem. Piff verification tags attached to items must not be removed, or the items will not be eligible for return under any circumstance (including damage in transit).

Can I cancel or change my order?

When a purchase is made, the order is confirmed and no longer can be canceled.

The good news is that Piff offers seller services. Once you receive the product, you can always resell them with us.
