6 Trends That Are Sure To Pop Off In 2017

Out with the old, in with the new.
With a new year comes new trends, styles, and popular items. Some stick around (dad hats), and some disappear into mall chain stores, never to return to the pantheon of cool (rock tees).
What's gonna bang in 2017? Only time will tell, but we're pretty confident that we already know a few trends for this year. Just remember this after they pop off: you heard it here first.
Every year, streetwear as a whole seems to fall in love with a specific color. From earth tones to pink, several colors have enjoyed a run as the hot pallet of the moment. We've got a feeling that color will be orange in 2017. And we're not talking a burnt orange. We're talking about a bright, loud, in-your-face safety orange. Brighter is better. You'll see if you haven't already
Although headbands began to infiltrate the wardrobe of many a streetwear nut last year, you'll be seeing them on a lot more domes this year. They work for all head shapes and hair types, and are an interesting alternate headwear option to a standard hat or beanie.
Track/Wind Pants
A fresh pair of jeans will forever be dope ... but having alternate pant options is lit too. Track pants/ wind pants will be all over the scene in 2017. They're easy to throw on and go, generally comfy, and lend well to the 90's vintage-inspired look that's been so popular lately.
First headbands, and now bandannas? Yup. We've got a gut feeling that everybody will be channeling their inner Makaveli or Metro Boomin with bandannas in 2017. They're easy to find, versatile (you can tie them a plethora of ways), and attention-grabbing.
Striped Tees
Striped tees made a resurgance in 2016, spearheaded by the ASAP x Guess collab and followed up by hyped releases like December's FOG drop, and they'll ride that wave right into 2017. You'll be seeing them everywhere you look by mid-summer.
Circular Sunglasses
Eyewear is a strange game. Styles come and go faster than you can say "Sunglass Hut", and circular-shaped, 70's-style sunglasses are slowly but surely creeping towards the top eyewear spot when it comes to street culture. From Carti to Yachty, they're a certified cool-kid favorite, and they'll keep many a pair of eyes shaded this year.
